1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and luckin33 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, features, content and functions provided through the luckin33.run website and related applications.

By registering an account, accessing this website or using any of the services we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this entire Agreement together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this document.

luckin33 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use luckin33 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or ban from any gambling platform.
• Register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts under the same name, email address, mobile number or payment details are strictly prohibited.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration.

All personal information provided during registration and the account verification process (KYC) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. luckin33 reserves the right to request additional documents such as a copy of your MyKad or other supporting documents for identity verification and compliance purposes.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

luckin33 supports a range of payment methods to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions for members in Malaysia. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• All transactions must use the same payment method as the deposit method unless specifically approved by our finance team.
• luckin33 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto transactions, which are processed in the respective digital currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is approved. luckin33 does not guarantee against fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by luckin33 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Members are required to meet those wagering requirements before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The luckin33 welcome bonus is 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received. A calculation example is shown in the table below:

In addition to the welcome bonus, luckin33 also offers weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Bronze members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% of total weekly wagering. Members can advance their VIP level based on continued betting activity on the platform.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus type is permitted at any one time.
• luckin33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related funds if there are signs of promotion abuse.
• Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, friend referrals or reloads are given under specific terms communicated while the promotion is active.

5Game Rules and Member Conduct

All games on the luckin33 platform are run using a certified random number generator (RNG) or through real live casino tables. Members agree that game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without warning:

• Use of bot software, automation tools or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Repeatedly making deposit and withdrawal transactions solely to manipulate the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Colluding with other members in live games to manipulate outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained illegally.
• Spreading misleading or false information about the luckin33 platform.

6Privacy, Data Security and Accounts

Members' personal information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the luckin33 Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect all sensitive data, including account details and payment information.

Members are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the luckin33 account is secure and free from malware.
• Reporting to the support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Updating account information whenever changes occur so that our records remain accurate.

luckin33 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a member's negligence in maintaining the security of their personal account.

7Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the luckin33 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period after all outstanding transactions have been settled.

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, luckin33 offers a self-exclusion option to members who feel they need to stop or take a break from gambling activity. Members who choose self-exclusion will not be able to access their account or use any luckin33 services for the selected period.

luckin33 reserves the right to close any member's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, confirmed fraud, or on the instruction of the relevant regulatory authority. In cases of closure resulting from a member's breach, the account balance may not be returned.

8Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

luckin33 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of the platform free from interruption or entirely free from technical errors.

luckin33 will not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses a member considers unfair.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages suffered by users as a result of using the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third parties including payment operators, game providers or telecommunications networks.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of luckin33 to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

luckin33 operates under international licensing and complies with regulatory requirements issued by the relevant licensing authority. This Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the legislation established by that licensing authority.

Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and the luckin33 support team. Members are encouraged to contact us via live chat or email before taking any further action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

10Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed while the remainder of the Agreement continues in full force and effect.

luckin33's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any given time shall not be construed as a permanent waiver of that right.

This Agreement, together with all policies referenced within it, constitutes the entire agreement between the member and luckin33 regarding the use of this platform, and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements or representations whether oral or written.
